It’s that time of year again, when Cape Town’s public spaces turn into impromptu theatres as Infecting the City takes over our town.
This festival beings exceptional, socially-engaged performance and visual art out of theatres and galleries and on to the streets. You can follow the carefully curated programmes and routes, or you may just happen upon a work being staged as you go about your day in the city.
The idea is to transform the city centre into an outdoor venue where art is free and accessible to everyone.
