Take the time to walk together, as a coherent group, to honour the gift that is life. These meditative walks will be done in silence with the intention of both receiving and offering back energy to our beautiful planet.

Guests can only connect deeply with themselves if they are provided the opportunity to be silent, to be consciously aware, and to enjoy the presence of nature or stillness.

This walk offers attendees an introduction to walking meditation, especially suited to those that have difficulty sitting in one place staring at a candle (not that this is also not beneficial). Everyone will meet at Newlands Forest fire station at the boom near the parking area. Walkers are asked to be there at 6.45am, 15 minutes before the start of the walk.

There will be a brief introduction and short breathing exercise in order to align and attune all intentions. Arrive in comfortable clothes and walking shoes, no cell phones during the walk. This is an easy walk, about an hour in duration, but does involve a slow uphill incline for around 20 minutes.

Make 2019 the year for action. Discover your truth and your authenticity so that you can create the life you dream of, for yourself and others. Also, this is a perfect way to step into Autumn with the passing of the recent March Equinox.

Guide, Lisa-Jane, looks forward to connecting with all guests and their beautiful light. The entire experience is free – just show up.
