Winner of a West Coast Tourism award and dubbed an ‘unforgettable festival’ by Taste magazine, the Riebeek Valley Olive Festival makes its annual return to Riebeek Kasteel and Riebeek West, two Swartland towns notable for their abundance in olives and olive-related produce. Festival goers are encouraged to peruse, taste and purchase to their heart’s content.
But what’s an olive fiesta without a few extras? For those who want to add to the ultimate olive-tasting experience, there is a mix of cheese, wine, pickles, jam and other homegrown foods to choose from.
