Stellenbosch’s popular street parties have made a highly-anticipated return to the winelands’ summer calendar. Stellenbosch’s popular Drostdy Street will transform into a gourmet and grape hub as the Stellenbosch Street Soirees are revived.
Every Wednesday between November and March, at the pop-up Stellenbosch Soirees, a different selection of wine cellars are celebrated. There will be stalls, food vendors, and live music to add to the festivities too.
Entry to the event is free, but for R150 you will get a tasting glass and 12 wine tasting tokens which can be used to sample some of Stellenbosch’s finest vintages. Additional tokens are on sale on the night.
