Nothing beats curling up in front of a fire on a wintery night, with a spot of Shiraz and a piping-hot bowl of soup.
Vintners from the Durbanville Wine Valley are teaming up with local chefs to bring you the Soup, Sip and Bread Winterfest, which sees the pairing of hand crafted soups, chowders and stews with the finest South African red wines. Highlights will include a smoked hake chowder and an ostrich neck bourgnignon.
Prefer a glass of white? Don’t worry, the valley’s signature Sauvignon Blanc will be making an appearance too.
