If you’re a chocolate lover (and I mean, who isn’t?), then get ready for South Africa’s first gourmet chocolate festival!
The best artisanal chocolatiers, pastry chefs and cake designers will be exhibiting a range of chocolate goods, including bonbons, chocolate-smothered nougat and truffles.
However, the event isn’t only about the tasting – you can take the opportunity to expand your knowledge on the much-loved treat with a series of demos by master chocolatiers at the Chocolate Theatre.
There will also be an opulent high tea hosted by Lindt, fashion shows, flash mobs and an art exhibition entitled Chocolate Wrapper.
If you need a break from all that indulging, then premium wines, freshly brewed coffee and bistro food will also be available for the taking.
