One of South Africa’s largest bus and coach travel companies, Greyhound, announced that it ceasing operations on February 14.
Citiliner buses will also be affected by this closure, according to a statement issued by the company in a tweet.
Services will run up until February 14, 2021. Greyhound said passengers who have booked tickets beyond this date will be refunded.

Greyhound has shuttled South Africans between cities since 1984. The company transported 804 293 passengers in the country annually, according to its website.
