Learn a few blending secrets from Spier’s finest winemakers. Then put those tips to use when you blend your own vino later in the evening. You’ll also be given a taste of the new Spier Signature blends.
And when all that tasting leaves you a little hungry reward your hard work with two delicious burgers: Eight’s famous beef burger with gorgonzola, plum and pink peppercorn chutney and a speciality burger, which changes each time, served with chips, and followed by dessert.
