Personally I think this is brilliant for the South African property market. The key is to get into the market while it still remains one of the most affordable property markets in the world. Just ask Kenyans, Angolans and the British to compare!
Even if I could afford a home like this ( which I fortunately never will be), I will feel so guilty knowing I am surrounded by hundreds of thousands of shacks housing the poor with no hope. Such oppulence is sick.

Priced at approximately $1000 per sq metre or approximately $93 per sq foot. Rubbish! I live in NYC and we bid on the apartment next door and I stopped at a $1,000/sq ft. The prices in NYC are way >100x higher/sq ft so whoever wrote this doesn’t know what they are doing or failed maths at Camps Bay High.
