Experience the thrill of the past while colliding with the future in an apocalyptic rock ‘n’ roll musical that will having you humming tunes long after the curtains close.

Rockville 2069 tells of an epic love story set against the backdrop of a post-apocalyptic world. It’s the year 2069, and a group of music-lovers, environmentalists, thinkers and musicians gather to commemorate the anniversary of the Woodstock Music and Arts Festival that took place 100 years before. As the group celebrate the music of 1969 and a philosophy of peace and love for all things, catastrophe strikes with huge earthquakes, tsunamis, landslides and rising oceans destroying the world as we know it…

Rockville 2069 is South Africa’s biggest original, fully orchestrated, rock musical production, featuring some of the best talent the country has to offer. See more things to do in Cape Town
