Enjoy a trail run through the scenic terrain of the Constantia Valley.
This year’s Constantia Valley Grape Run passes through Groot Constantia, Buitenverwachting, Constantia Uitsig and Klein Constantia, as well as taking a turn through the Tokai Plantation. Only lower sections of the vineyards are included this year.
Registration: Details are online. There will be limited registration for runners at the Alphen Centre after 4:45 am on the day of the race. Fun Run entries can be purchased on the day for R25.00
