Tuesday 19 January 11 am

Plein Street, CBD

See the incredible drawings and paintings that depict how European settlers perceived the Western Cape. The artwork which has been carefully conserved in Parliament’s library will be revealed for public viewing in Plein Street.

You will also get to see British royal portraits that were covered up for years, as well as the Keiskamma Tapestry, a 120m-long piece made by (and about) people in the Eastern Cape. Afterwards, head towards the Cape Town Club for lunch.
