South African citizens are eligible to hop on the City Sightseeing red bus at the V&A Waterfront at a massively discounted rate on this Leap year day.

This offer runs on a first come, first served basis – the first 400 passengers after 1 pm. You will need your South African green barcoded ID to activate this deal The offer is only valid at the V&A Waterfront tour office (stop 1), just outside the Two Oceans Aquarium.
50% of all ticket sales will go towards the South African National Biodiversity Institute, to assist its Table Mountain ghost frog conservation work.

Where do you get the red bus?
From town, it takes you along all the tourist spots like Clifton, hot bay, kirstenbosch, all the wine farms. You just hop on and off like in the uk
It’s usually around R150 each I think
Google it and it will tell you all the places you can start at
I looked it up and it says you need your ID barcode. It’s worth a try but none of us have one yet

The add read “Leap year” special and I’m sure if the 29th was on a Saturday or Sunday it would’ve still come into play…..so is it the organisors fault that it was on a Monday ?? Just asking. I had sooo much fun 🙂
