Enjoy a wonderful evening filled with beautiful music played by two wonderfully talented musicians. Kristóf Baráti is a Hungarian violinist considered to be the most talented violinists to emerge from Europe in recent years.
He will be performing at the Baxter, accompanied by Bryan Wallick on piano and the show forms part of the Cape Town Concert Series. The programme consists of:
Beethoven: Violin Sonata in A Major ‘Kreutzer’
Tchaikovsky: Meditation from Souvenir d’un Lieu Cher
Brahms: Hungarian Dance No. 17
Sarasate: Andalusian Romance, Habanera and Malaguena

The Cape Town Concert Series presents violinist Rachel Lee Priday who will replace the indisposed Kristof Barati for his upcoming tour to South Africa.
