IMPI Challenge combines trail running with an adventure-style obstacle course – think boot camp meets Takeshi’s Castle, with challenges ranging from climbing walls and swinging bridges to army crawls and the ever-popular lily pads.
Catering to all fitness levels from elite sportspersons to fun runners and even kiddies, this crazy colourful race really is for anyone, though you may want to have popped a few press-ups before making the attempt.
Fun runners are encouraged to dress up, and spectators can roam the 12 km course to cheer on their friends.
