This weekend the The Franschhoek Cap Classique and Champagne Festival is happening. To whet your appetite, Grande Provence is holding a Champagne and food pairing dubbed ‘a sparkling affair’. It promises to be an evening of pure indulgence.
You can look forward to Provence Heritage Wine Estate’s Méthode Cap Classique and as a special treat they have teamed up with French Champagne houses for a once in a lifetime evening of utter indulgence.
Executive Chef Darren Badenhorst has created a menu of elaborate dishes with exceptional ingredients to complement the unique character of each Champagne as well as the estate’s own elegant Cap Classique.
