Written in 1999, Neil LaBute’s bash won the Time Out Critics’ Choice award and has seen many production all over the world. It is a collection of three dark one-act plays that explore the presence of evil in everyday life. In one, a woman recounts her complex relationship with a teacher at high school; in another, a businessman confides in a stranger in a Las Vegas hotel room; and in the last, a young couple narrate the story of an anniversary weekend.
