The multi-media exhibition, ‘We Cannot Be Silent’, is a showcase honouring the lives of girls and women who have suffered at the hands of the sexual violence and murder in South Africa. It is a ‘space for healing and a space to mobilise against the ongoing violence’. The exhibition will launch at the Old Heritage Halls at the Castle of Good Hope on Women’s Day 9 August 2017 at 11am. It will run until 24 September with a range of events planned throughout.
