Watch our beautiful dams flow

Less than two months ago, the Theewaterskloof dam was nearly depleted; during our most desperate times, the last 10% of the dam was accessed in a bid to help the city of Cape Town through the harrowing water crisis and avoid Day Zero.

Now, Day Zero has been shifted back indefinitely, and the Department of Water and Sanitation has agreed to review the current level 6B water restrictions provided the provincial dams reach a capacity of 85% or if there is enough water after rainy season concludes. Below are images and videos of not only the Theewaterskloof dam, but also the Bergriver dam and the Oliphants river finally flowing happily.
