The Two Oceans Aquarium will be hosting a tour on 25 August – to see ‘behind the scenes’ of the aquarium that only staff members usually have access to.

The event will take place from 11am – 12pm and costs R75 per person and it is advised to not bring any children under the age of five.

The event is only open to members of the Two Oceans Aquarium that hold the annual members pass.

Visitors will be guided by Two Oceans Aquarium Exhibits Coordinator Pierre de Villiers and Conservation Coordinator Talitha Noble in the morning.

The tour will allow attendees to experience the predator exhibit from above and take a closer look at how divers feed the giant turtles, sharks and fish.

Members will be greeted by Bob and Sandy, two friendly turtles as they poke their heads out of the top of the I&J Ocean Exhibit.
