Castle of Good Hope, District Six

The Cape Town Military Tattoo, run by the South African National Defence Force (SANDF), takes place annually at the Castle of Good Hope. Predominantly performed by military bands from within the SANDF, performers also include civilian bands, drill/cadet teams and dancers.

This year, the tattoo’s theme ‘Twenty Years of Freedom’ pays homage to the role that the SANDF has played in rebuilding South Africa since 1994. Look forward to some of the best military acts from the Western Cape in a historical location.
