Because there’s no party like a 12-hour party… on a Sunday! So, start penciling in Cold Turkey on your places-to-be calendars again.

Cold Turkey continues to be all about the beats, brewskies and braai, but in a new venue. The party has moved to the Guga S’thebe Community Centre in Langa. The centre is dedicated to uplifting the community by creating a home for arts and culture to be nurtured.

Taking care of the beats is a line-up of hot DJS, including Remy GoldWhite Nite, CDR and The British Council.

For those of you who are new to the Cold Turkey experience, it’s a bring-and-braai approach to food, except you’ll mainly just do the bringing and not much of the braaing, as someone is on hand to man the fires while you’re on the dance floor. A food stall and cash bar is available for the party-goers who just want to bring cash.
