For the summer months, Delheim Wine Estate in Stellenbosch will be offering picnics seven days a week from October through to the end of April next year, excluding Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Good Friday and Easter Sunday.

For your picnic experience, a hand-woven basket filled with delicious goodies will be organised for you, as will a lovely spot on the estate’s lawns by Klip River. A bottle of Sauvignon Blanc, Pinotage Rosé or Cabernet Sauvignon-Shiraz will be included. You are not permitted to bring your own food or drinks.

The picnic baskets serve two people, and are on offer from noon onwards. Vegetarian and Halaal options are available, and a children’s menu can also be arranged. Group bookings are subject to a five-day cancellation period, as well as a 50% deposit fee.
