Calling all mountain bike enthusiasts! The Western Cape Championships will take place at the Cascade Country Manor between Paarl and Wellington this Sunday.

The day kicks off with registration from 8 am till noon, followed by a practice session, with the race proper starting at 2:30 pm on Cascade’s steep, swift track.
