Fairview La Capra Goat Run is a fun way to get fit with the whole family.
The Fairview La Capra Goat Run is a race that is held in aid of various charities, such as Drakenstein Hospice, Boland Autism, Sunfield Home, Wellington Lions club, Paarl Mountain Reserve and The Sunflower Fund.
Runners can expect different routes that will test your fitness levels. The entry level 5 km and 8 km routes for beginners and the ‘goat runners’ can take part in the challenging 15 km and 28 km ‘extreme’ options, which include summiting the striking Paarl Rock.
Runners will receive a goodie bag with a La Capra T-shirt, Fairview cheese, yogurt and wine, a Fairview wine tasting voucher and discount vouchers that are valid on the day only.
