For once Capetonians were blown away by something other than the South Easter. Last night The Foo Fighters gave Cape Town the performance that so many die-hard fans had been waiting for. Judging by my Twitter feed, I still do feel that I was the only Capetonian who didn’t meet Dave Grohl yesterday.
Anyway, the next big international star to visit Cape Town is Ben Howard, an up-and-coming singer/songwriter who admittedly I had never heard of until about a week ago (read: I really need to get out more). Kirstenbosch Gardens will host the musician in March 2015 and tickets can be bought here.
New Year’s Eve is a mere few weeks away and we have rounded up the choice parties to usher in the new year.
