Mixing Viennese operetta and Wagnerian themes with cabaret, coloratura cadenzas and the blues, Postcard from Morocco tells the story of seven travellers who find themselves stranded together at a train station in an exotic destination. As they probe the possible contents of each other’s luggage and lives, some delightful, shocking and deeply stirring revelations are made.

Don’t miss the African debut of this colourful one-act opera by Pulitzer Prize and Grammy Award-winning composer Dominick Argento.
