And what would a Spier market be without a stellar selection of wine?
Celebrate Spier’s vinous culture as you taste and learn about the farm’s flagship wine range, Spier 21 Gables. With a focus on ethical food production, the conference aims to explore what concepts like ‘artisanal’ and ‘sustainability’ really mean to those who farm, cook and enjoy food.
