The popular food and wine evenings are back at Fairview with a series of themed four-course dinners.
This week’s theme is Viva Italia, and includes a range of sumptuous Italian cuisine. Start off with calamari panzanella, next try out the Herbed risotto with ham pangrattato followed by a medium roasted, rosemary basted Chalmar sirloin. For dessert tantalise your tastebuds with an Orange and poppy seed cake served with mascarpone ice cream .
