Save the date for Plaisir de Merle’s next Winemaker’s Table Dinner. A four-course feast will be prepared for you by Herman Lensing, food editor at SARIE magazine, and served in the wine cellar. The food will be paired with wines selected by Plaisir de Merle’s Cellar Master Niel Bester. Aside from relishing in delicious food and drink, you’ll be astounded at the cellar’s architectural brilliance. Booking is essential.
