This is for you if you’re looking for a feisty Spanish dish, a pizza that will feel like the Italian trip you never went on, or even something local like the juiciest flame-grilled steak you’ll ever have. You’re hungry. Ravenous in fact. You don’t know what you feel like, and you just feel for a taste of everything. Fret no longer. Fat Harry’s is here to feed your cravings. They’ve got more than 40 years of multiple award winning experience under their belts in terms of just how good their steaks are, and additionally their selection of Pinxtos and Tapas for the Spanish fiasco lover, are some of the best in South Africa.
One of their most popular dishes is the calamares fritos, which is served with roasted garlic aioli. And for the fish lovers, their giant deep water hake fillet (lightly beer battered) served with six grilled calamari and house tartare sauce, is a dream. Not to mention their woodfire pizzas, which are incredible.

What makes them splendid too, is the amount of specials they have. Half priced pizzas every Tuesday, and that amazing hake dish previously mentioned? Only R126 on Wednesday. For the fam-bam, They offer ‘Family Fish Fridays’ which is R99 for a fish based feast, and on Saturdays, they welcome you to relish in the enjoyment of their mature prime and rump steaks for R99.

Additionally, one of the most encapsulating thing about Fat Harry’s, is that their vibe is just as exciting as the food you might try.
They’ve got live music which is pretty much as central as their menu. Monday nights serve up jazz jams, and Wednesday through Friday you can enjoy some live melodies while you tuck in to your meal.
