Biltong! A healthy snack eaten in every ‘truly South African’ household, placed on a platter at a braai or simply the ideal snack to take with on a road trip.

Even vegans are trying to replicate the chewy, salty goodness with ‘mushroom biltong.’
The process of making biltong is quite unique, and the dried meat produces an intense flavour that cannot be found anywhere else in the world. It’s proudly South African, boet!
