Table Bay Hotel has a new pop-up culinary experience that promises to escort diners on an exciting tastebud tingling adventure. Three Forks is the latest culinary addition to the famous Table Bay Hotel, but this new kid on the block promises to satisfy your food cravings.

“Three Forks is dishing up contemporary dining, with the hotel’s continued focus on sustainable produce and fine food,” says Wesli Jacobs, Executive Sous Chef at The Table Bay.

Choose between a scrumptious two-course or three-course meal available on Friday and Saturday evenings, or opt for a delicious Sunday afternoon roast that will satisfy all your lunchtime desires.

Not sure what you’re in for? Here’s a hint: starters include a modern steak tartare with pommes souffle, quail eggs, pickled exotic mushrooms topped with mustard aioli. If that doesn’t get your mouth watering, then how about their beef fillet grilled to perfection, pan-fried sea bass or minted stuffed saddle of lamb, all options for their main course. There’s a tasty option for vegetarians too, which includes a creamy truffle barley risotto.

If you don’t feel like spending your Sunday in the kitchen, this new Three Forks offers a traditional Sunday lunch that’s perfect for spending time with family, especially on a wintery Cape Town afternoon. Hearty soups for starters, roasted rib eye on the bone for mains, and a scrumptious sticky pudding with creme Anglaise desserts, additional options available.

“It’s a classic Sunday lunch with modern twists, guaranteed to fill your belly in an indulgent way with a warm family feel,” Jacobs said.
