With heavy rainfall affecting the Western Cape today, the South African Weather Service has issued a warning for possible flooding in the Langebaan and Cape Metropole area.
In a social media statement, the weather service provider says that flooding can be expected from 10am – 3pm today.

Residents are urged to be cautious during this period.
Temperatures of a low of 14°C and a high of 18°C are forecast for Cape Town today, while Langebaan will experience a low of 14°C and a high of 20°C.
Thundershowers are expected to make landfall in other parts of the country.
