We all love the smell of fresh bread straight from the oven, dripping with butter. Nothing can beat the taste of homemade bread and now here’s an opportunity to learn to make your own bread.
De Hoop Collection is delighted to invite you to its Breadmaking ‘From Dough to Delicious’ Weekend from Friday, July 2 to Sunday, July 4 2021 in the De Hoop Nature Reserve.
De Hoop Collection, a Cape Country Routes member, is situated within the pristine De Hoop Nature Reserve one of South Africa’s most beautiful and tranquil areas, just a short three-hour drive from Cape Town.
The ‘From Dough to Delicious’ breadmaking weekend promises to be ‘hands on’ – you’ll be measuring, mixing and kneading from the get-go – relaxed and great fun. You’ll learn about making starters, doughs, ciabatta, focaccia and pizzas and you’ll leave with the confidence and enthusiasm to make your own loaf of bread and pizzas on a daily basis.
