Kanu Wines is a family-friendly wine farm and will be hosting an event on Saturday, May 29, where all dog owners are welcome to bring their fur babies along.
Families will be able to walk their doggos around the Winelands and the entry fee is only R50. Guests are welcome at any time between 9am – 12pm. The entry fee will be donated to the Stellenbosch Welfare Society.
If you do not have a fur baby of your own, no problem at all. Simply contact Jess: [email protected], who will put you in touch with one of the AWSS rescue dogs for a walk around the wine farm.
The wine farm has a phenomenal restaurant called, Du Vin that makes Asian cuisines. So be sure to build up an appetite on your lovely walk for a yummy feast.
But wait there’s more! The farm offers superb wine tasting, a curio shop, a jungle gym for kiddies to explore, a putt-putt area, fishing and last, but not least, relaxation with a view.
