The popular Delheim Mushroom Forage is back. Scout the Delheim wilderness with Nora Sperling-Thiel and Gary ‘The Mushroom Fundi’ Goldman to learn all about this interesting fungi. After foraging and learning about mushrooms, head for the estate’s Garden Restaurant where Chef Bruce von Pressentin will lay out a three-course meal that showcases these flavoursome marvels.

The dates for this year’s events are 15, 16 and 30  June, and 1 July. Ticket sales open on 30 April 2017 and will be available at Computicket.
