This March 30, Chef Guy Bennett brings the talented Rickey Broekhoven, Head Chef of The Restaurant at Newton Johnson Vineyards, to downtown Cape Town to create a singular dining experience.

Expect a heavenly, Hemel-en-Aarde terroir inspired menu from Rickey as Guy playfully takes advantage of his favourite local ingredients to create dishes that are both gorgeous and sustainably kind.

The 4 course menu will be elegantly paired with wines from Newton Johnson. The Hemel-en-Aarde vineyard is renowned for its excellent Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays, which excel on the slopes of coastal wine valley.
