Shoppers who were fans of the Checkers Little Garden promotion can once again cash in on this cute seed-based reward programme as it is making its return following the initial 2018 success.
The easy-to-grow seed kits are finally back and will be offered to customers that spend R200 or more using their Xtra Savings card, instead of R150 as the original promotion. Offers are while stocks last.
Lucky for those not wanting an Xtra Savings card, you can also get a Little Garden kit if you order via Checkers’ new Sixty60 delivery service. The service is available within a radius of some stores and costs an additional R35 on top of your groceries.
New kits include a soil pod, seed in a tape and a small pot in which to plant your seed.
Unlike the older Little Garden promotion, the 2020 version is also aimed at supporting local and each and every kit was made right here in South Africa.
A variety of flowers, herbs and vegetables will be offered in the new kits including; red clover, phlox, basil, coriander, fennel, rocket, parsley, Korean mint, radish, beetroot, borage, African daisy, marigold, sunflower, cosmos, cornflower, kale, marog, pak choi, Swiss chard, mixed lettuce, broccoli, tomato and carrot.
