The Strawberry Full Moon is dubbed so as it indicated to Native Americans when it was best to pick strawberries. To mark the rising of this mini-moon, the exclusive yoga, pilates and barre studio myUTOPIA, will be holding a yoga class. For the sake of experiencing the flow of both male and female energies, facilitators Anoushka Emson and Chris Vlok will alternate once half the class is completed.
The class will be conducted in conjunction with an art exhibition showcasing the works of Ana Kuni and Linnea Frank. Their masterpieces, focusing on the subjects of femininity and power, will also be for sale. To please your belly, a scrumptious yet healthy meal will be served by the in-house café, Nourish. You can also enter the draw to win exciting prizes! To top it all off, you’ll walk away with a fabulous goodie bag.
Joining the yoga class will cost you R220 while tickets to the art exhibition are priced at R50.
