Since the start of the year, the income from the Animal Welfare Society of SA‘s charity shop in Philippi has funded hundreds of life-saving medical procedures and allowed the shelter to respond to 531 animal cruelty cases.
“This phenomenal accomplishment has depleted our supply of pre-loved goods and our industrious sales ladies are ‘begging’ for more!”
The Animal Welfare Society’s donor mantra is it’s better to donate than accumulate, and they would love and appreciate it if you helped them to build the capacity to #saveallanimals big or small.
The shelter will accept anything saleable including, surplus clothing, shoes, bedding, bric-n-brac, kitchen utensils, garden & workshop tools, surplus building materials etc and best of all the shelter can load and collect at your convenience.
So if you are in the process of refashioning your wardrobe, remodelling your home or rehabilitating your garage, please direct anything surplus to the Animal Welfare Society of SA.
Please call Lynette on 067 968 9696 or email [email protected] should you wish to support this life-saving initiative.
