A chopper is assisting with water bombing.
This is the second reported fire of the day. A mountain fire broke out on Victoria Road between Bakoven and Camps Bay and rescue services recevied a call at about 2.41pm.
The City’s Fire & Rescue Service, along with teams from Table Mountain National Park and Working on Fire, are battling the blaze on the mountain slopes in the Camps Bay area.
