One of the world’s biggest electronic music festivals is hitting the Cape’s shore again this February – and at a new venue nogal. The Cape Town Stadium is where the fourth edition of the epic Ultra Festival will be held and we’ve got the low-down on who’ll be giving you the time of your life during its 10-hour run.

We should probably start with the most exciting act – David Guetta. This will be the first South African performance in over five years from the celebrated French DJ and the first he has ever given at Ultra South Africa. Joining him as one of the party’s headliners is Dutch prodigy Martin Garrix, one of the first international DJs to play at SA’s instalment of Ultra in 2014 and 2015.

But the list of international headliners hitting the Ultra Main Stage doesn’t stop there. Look forward to Dash Berlin, the Dutch trance master who wowed at last year’s edition, America’s KSHMR, and France’s DJ Snake, who’ll be giving you a taste of some of his unreleased work. The supporting line-up doesn’t disappoint either – expect the energetic Dutch DJ Headhunterz and German tropical-house DJ Felix Jaehn.

But Ultra offers so much more than just big-name acts. The Resistance Stage returns with Nic Fanciulli, the British DJ who completed a hugely successful Resistance World Tour last year with Ultra Worldwide. Joining him is none other than Mzansi’s very own Black Coffee who has released five studio albums and won the 2015 Breakthrough DJ of the Year Award in Ibiza.

But Black Coffee’s not the only act making us proud at Ultra this year. Make way for DJ Fresh, Euphonik, DJ Milkshake, Ryan Murgatroyd, Dean Fuel and others. Also look out for the Phase 3 announcement of even more awesome performers. We’re sure all you ‘Ultranauts’ are making plans this very second. And for those of you who are ‘on the fence’, check out these epic pics to help change your mind.
