The Overberg town of Elim is in shock after the body of a six-year-old was discovered on Tuesday morning.
Little Delvina Europa had gone missing just over a week before. She was found in a field behind her school where she had been unceremoniously dumped.
According to a Mitchells Plain Gangwatch Facebook page, Europa was discovered without clothes on, and it is believed that she had been raped and murdered.
As reported by Netwerk24, a 35-year-old Barrydale man was taken in for questioning and may be a suspect in the tragic case. Europa was reportedly accompanied by the said suspect to the same bushes where her lifeless body was later found.
