After a few days of sunshine, the rain is back in the Mother City and acting like it never left. Several roads have flooded due to the adverse weather conditions, and some lanes were closed as a result.
According to the City of Cape Town, there is flooding on Kloof Road between Lower Kloof Road and Clifton Road. All lanes are closed, and motorists are encouraged to make use of an alternative route.
