It appears the strong winds in the Cape cannot be stopped. A truck was blown away during gale-force winds and ended up on its side.
The incident occurred on Thursday, October 1 on the N1 Outbound at the Huguenot Tunnel in Paarl. The lane was closed but has since reopened for light motor vehicles only. It is still closed for heavy vehicles due to high wind speeds.
