The mother of the ‘Tembisa 10’ also known as the woman who broke the Guinness World Record for giving birth to 10 babies in one duration, has recently been filed as a missing person, as per News24.
The case was opened at the Tembisa South police station on Thursday, June 10.
The report confers that Goslame Thamara Sitole, the mother of the dectuplets went missing on June 6.
According to News24, she was last seen going to Esangweni Clinic in Tembisa after her water allegedly broke.
This update is coherent with another News24 report on Wednesday that stated the government had no record of the birth of the 10 babies.
“Government has been unable to verify the authenticity of this birth at our facilities.
“We need to verify this story and provide assistance where needed,” government spokesperson Phumla Williams was quoted as saying.
