The Cape Peninsula’s only rose picking facility, Chart Farm, offers a unique experience to lovers of roses. The garden is in full bloom, and a sea of beautifully coloured roses is available for picking by the public.

William Shakespeare said ‘What’s in a name? That which we call a rose by any other name would smell as sweet.’ Whether it’s the fragrance, beauty, or symbolism, roses are undeniably lovely. With Valentines Day coming around next month, why not hone your bouquet composing skills to create a gift as unique as your love?

Centrally located near Wynberg Park, only 20 minutes away from central Cape Town, Chart Farm provides a pleasant retreat from the city.
