Katie Thompson is the founder of Recreate. She graduated with a distinction from the Design Time School of Interior Design in Cape Town. She has seven years experience in the design, furniture and fabric industries of Cape Town and London.
Katie takes pieces of ‘junk’ and creates unique pieces of furniture, lighting and other interior accessories. She also strives to include South African design and qualities into all the items she recreates and produces amazing results.
