The KAMERS/Makers event is returning to Cape Town for another amazing event of handcrafted creativity and design at the Castle of Good Hope. The unmissable event will have more than 100 crafty makers bringing their unique and local South African crafts to the table. Visitors can expect an array of delicious food and wine on offer, live music, body products and more.
Creatives and foodies alike have been handpicked over 600 applicants to create an event of exceptional craftsmanship and unique items you won’t be able to find anywhere else. KAMERS/Makers boasts that there will be no mainstream items at the event, only the coolest items you’ve never seen!
You’ll be able to find astounding South African creatives such as:
A collection true to the South African style and spirit, Hallo Jane’s decor, jewelry and art designs reign positivity and creativity. With clocks made from bamboo and her jewelry all being sterling silver, you’ll be guaranteed to take home an item of quality and style.
Mies natural body products come in a variation of different products and scents with the most beautiful packaging too. The luxurious natural products are all made in Cape Town and are made with essential oils and lavender and roses from the garden.
The puffer jacket is a trend that comes back around every winter without fail. Afromontane’s jackets are unique to Cape Town, of good quality and fuse style and durability for the functionality of the outdoors. The extra-length winter jacket (pictured above) with a fitted waist keeps you warm while upholding a feminine look.
